Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Erste Station war San Francisco. Die Stadt ist wirklich eine Traumstadt und hat gehalten, was das Lied verspricht.

Wir haben die Golden Gate Bridge gesehen- ohne Nebel gleich im ersten Anlauf,...


...haben Blumen im Haar gehabt beim Radeln über diese schöne Brücke,


...sind in der Abenddämmerung unter der Golden Gate Bridge durchgefahren.


Wir waren am Union Square.


Natürlich sind wir auch mit der Cable Car gefahren.



Wir haben die Seelöwen am Pier 39 gesehen


Die berühmte Gefängnisinsel Alcatraz:


Beim Aufsteig zum Coit Tower haben wir mitten in der Stadt ein grünes Paradies entdeckt.


Der Aufstieg war anstrengend, aber hat sich gelohnt.


Gleich hinter der Golden Gate Bridge liegt Lands End, Idylle pur am Meer herrscht hier.


Hier wachsen Fackellilien in freier Wildbahn


Dill von 2 Meter Höhe haben wir gesehen.



Einen Bluebird haben wir entdeckt.


Eine traumhafte Gegend...


...und wir müssen weiter.
